In response to the Coronavirus outbreak in Olmsted county we need to make some changes to how we do things at Calvary Chapel Rochester.

Before I outline those changes I want to first remind all of us that we should not let fear control how we react to things like this. The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

Jesus Christ is our strength and our hope in the midst of any storm we face in life. He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us.

We know that God is in control and He is not in a panic, and as His children we shouldn't be in a panic either.

Having a sound mind, means although we are not panicked, we should still use the common sense the Lord has given each of us.

So these changes will be made immediately at Calvary Chapel Rochester. Please bear in mind many of these changes are only temporary.

  1. We are discontinuing our Wednesday evening Koinonia meal and Bible study until further notice.
  2. Our Sunday morning services live in-person are suspended until further notice.
  3. Our Sunday teachings will be Live streamed on Facebook live, Sunday mornings at 10 AM and will also be available online here as well as on Youtube
  4. Also -- Watch our website for information regarding conference-call midweek studies coming !

Pray that the Lord uses this new season we find ourselves in for His glory !!

"And we know that all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those that are the called according to His purpose."  Romans 8:28
